Which jobs are most in demand in Germany?

Can I work in Germany without speaking German?
In IT, engineering, science and many startups, English-only roles are common. In healthcare, care, education, the trades and most customer-facing jobs, German (usually B1–B2, and B2 for regulated healthcare) is required for the job and often for recognition of your qualification. Learning German widens your options substantially.
